Reimbursements, replacements and right of withdrawal

Your satisfaction for the purchase is our priority: we are available for any reasonable request.

Any return must be made within 14 days from receipt of the package.

You will have to inform us of your decision relating to the cancellation of the order an e-mail to commonplacegengenova@gmail.com but, in this case, it will have to follow a letter with return receipt sent via post over the 48-hour period from the sending of the -mail.

In the event of a return you will have to take care of the shipping costs of the product (s) purchased.

The returned goods are under your complete responsibility (loss, damage, etc.). You could also be held responsible if the value of the returned goods were damaged due to the movement of the goods. In this case, we will consider the value of the damage of the goods in the refund.

We will reimburse the entire value of the goods (with the exception of extra costs such as shipping, customs duties and commissions) within 30 (thirty) days from the reception of the request for cancellation. But we can hold the payment until we receive the good.

If you can make a change of the goods you bought, we will contact you via e-mail to make agreements on the matter and on the ways to make the change.

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

The goods on sale;

The delivery of products that are not suitable for the return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if not sealed after delivery, or which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;

The supply of goods made according to your specific requests or clearly customized;

The supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly;
