How to fill it with water
Winter: the water must touch a little the tip of the cone. Refill the water when the glass container is empty.
Milder seasons: the tip of the cone must be sumerged, no more than two fingers. Refill when the level of water drops.
Keep the soil humid all the time, but it musn't be too soaked. Succulent plants need less water.
🛠Maintenance
The plant should always remain moist—never soaked and never dry. For succulents and semi-succulents, keep the water level lower than for tropical plants. Use bottled or demineralized water, and clean the cone with baking soda to remove limescale. If mold appears, reduce the water. Use filtered or bottled water to avoid residue.
If mold develops, it means humidity is high and ventilation is insufficient. Lower the water level in the bowl and, if there’s mold on the soil, sprinkle a little ground cinnamon.
